Forbidden Rooms
“One is not allowed to enter all the rooms. Either they are too beautiful. I was in a very beautiful room before I came to the House Of Illnesses. And when I had to leave it, I would have liked to clung to a chair so as not to have to go. It was the room in which I truly belonged. Nobody seemed to respect that. I had to go…I found it difficult to stop my self from crying and screaming as I left…as for the House of Illnesses, right from the start I avoided the bosom- room and the hall of bellies …it was necessary to spent some time in the vaults of the head because that is really where the fever comes to fruition”.
